Vertiv - Prefabricated Data Centers
Step 1:- Specifications
Data Centers are unique and customizable to your specific needs. You can choose multiple redundant options including 2N+1 on all equipment. My Data Sys can assist you in choosing the correct and relevant technologies from Vertiv to deploy in your Data Center.
Step 2:- Design
A Data Center is a very complex operation and all aspects must work in harmony, first time, every time. From the power generators 220/100 KVA via the gas HV/MV transformers down to 10KV to the MV/LV transformers and then to 400V to the Busbars and PDUs. Add to that the UPS infrastructure and power alone is a critical aspect not to mention substantial cost in the Data Center. There is also thermal management, rack management and active PDU's to consider.
Step 3:- Assembly
Your new Data Center will be assembled in Thailand for the Asia region. All components are packed into Shipping container sized modules ready to be shipped securely and installed on site. While your Data Center is being built we will get on with your Project site making sure foundations and electrical connections are ready.
Step 4:- Factory Acceptance Testing
You will be able to fly out to the factory to inspect and make final adjustments to your Data Center. Nothing leaves the facility without your express signoff.
Step 5:- Shipping
Your prefabricated Data Center is also modular and based on standard 40ft shipping container sizes for ease of transport and shipping. Each unit is shrink wrapped and properly protected, insured and shipped directly to your site. We will take care of form K1 on your behalf.
Step 6:- Site Assembly
This is the best part of the build as you can see the Data Center take shape very rapidly and assembly will be flawless due to the modular design and previous signoff in the factory. It is simply dissembled and shipped to site.
Step 7:- Commissioning
This is a finely orchestrated task with multiple experts onsite to ensure everything works as it should, first time, every time. With the units being prefabricated and modular there is a vast amount of time saved and time saved is money saved.
